Film crew on the Flinterlinge

Last week the Dutch Ministry of Defense recorded an anti-piracy instruction movie on our Flinterlinge in Rotterdam (the Netherlands). Using actors and real soldiers, hostage situations were simulated to train soldiers in piracy areas.

Flinterrebecca transports monopiles

The Flinterrebecca (part of Flinter Vlootfonds I) is currently transporting 6 shipments of monopiles from The Netherlands to Denmark. Monopiles are used as a foundation for wind mills at sea. De monopiles measure 28 bij 5.3 meters and weigh 300 tons each.

Flintercape loads biggest Mammoet crane

Last Monday MV Flintercape loaded Mammoet's largest mobile crane in Westdorpe (Zeeland, the Netherlands) that is transported entirely in containers. The destination of the trip is the Mississippi river in the US.
